Neil retired aged 62 in 2023 having worked as a partner manager in the financial crime compliance industry for 17 years.
Upon retirement, Neil set sail for 6 months in his 29ft sailboat to attempt a circumnavigation of Great Britain raising money and awareness for the RNLI & the British Heart Foundation. Having survived a heart attack 11 years earlier, he was keen to take on this personal challenge.
His talk will encompass the RNLI, the circumnavigation of these beautiful isles and some of the brave, selfless RNLI volunteer’s he met along the way.
