Linda's talk is about her "Journey to Citizenship" and the trials and tribulations on the way. "Journey to Citizenship" is Linda's story of becoming a Dual US/UK National in 2009. She will give a short history of her background; why she decided to take UK Citizenship; and explain what is involved in becoming a UK Citizen.
Lieutenancy, what is it, how did it come about ? Patrick explained all. Most of you will probably have heard of our Lord Lieutenant, Lady Dannatt attending an event in and around Norfolk. There are deputy Lieutenants too, what do they do ?
RSPCA Norwich is a local independent Branch of the RSPCA. This talk looks at the history of the RSPCA and how it all began both Nationally and Locally. It will highlight the different responsibilities of the National RSPCA Charity, Local Independent Charities and the Inspectorate.
